Part one, Belfast to Dublin, Dublin Ferry to Holyhead, 2 nights in Home Farm camp site. We then visited Beaumaris castle. Nice hidden gem of Wales. Not much pedalling done this week. Bit of a head cold. Power cranks fitted. Not power meters. Some cyclocross coaches appearing out of the wood work, some that haven't even ridden a cross bike never mind raced a cross bike. 3 hour spin on Sunday around coastal path and then up through Leadminds.
